i have got 10000 ranking in kcet veterinary... am i eligible for a government course in veterinary ?

Unfortunately no chances under Veterinary course as cutoffs within 5000 ranks.
You can try Bsc Horticulture and BHSc at college of Horticulture Hiriyur.
