It would have been better if you had mentioned the rank, but I guess it must be between 5-6k. At this rank, getting CSE or ECE at the Coimbatore campus is difficult due to extreme competition. Never mind here are the top courses with the branch as you have mentioned for:

1. ECE at Amritapuri
2. CSE at Bengaluru
3. ECE at Bengaluru
4. CSE at Chennai
5. ECE at Chennai

You can get any of the seats written above more easily if you are eligible for state quota reservation.
