The 104 marks is very less to fetch a government seat for BHMS or BUMS. And there will be very low chance in All India Quota seats. So you can surely try for the private colleges. All the best.

Sorry to say but as you haven't qualified in your Neet examination so you are not eligible to get admission in any of the government and private medical colleges.
