If you look upon previous year trends of CSE branch in SRM chennai campus, it generally closes at around 10000. The most important thing about trends is that they fluctuate each year. So, there are chances that you might get CSE branch but one can't be so sure.

You have chances that you may get CSE at Chennai campus.If not definately you'll get CSE at other campus.
Do apply for counselling procedure.
A rank around 10 K can fetch you CSE.
