i have got 11000 ranking in kcet can i get bsc agri?

The rank scored by you is a good one and definitely you can get the BSC. Agriculture field only you have to check the colleges in which you are interested as for all the colleges the criteria for admission are different and hence, research is required before selecting any college so that you can choose best college for you.
