I have got 11283 rank in jeemains so which are best colleges for me where I can CS branch?

Congratulations on securing a good rank in JEE Mains. Although 11k is a good rank, the competetion for CSE is very high. As such , it is difficult to get CSE in top NITs. You can get CSE in NITs like Uttarakhand, Agartala. If your home state quota is favourable, you may even get CSE in NIT Surat and Allhabad. Going through last years' Closing ranks from Josaa website will definelty give you better a insight.

as the rank you secured in JEE-MAIN 11283 is very good

the rank you secured can make you a seat in the NITs

but not in the top institutes of the NITs as the competition in the top NITs

is very high

so you can get the NIT seat in the north side NITs
