I have got 11500 rank in COMEDK . Can I get btech CS, IT or ECE in good college . Which college is best for me

You have chances of getting ECE in CMR institute of technology and KLE tenchnologica University quite possibly in the first round itself. For CSE, you have to to wait till the second round for admission in Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology, but you can get IT in the first round here.
