having 116 marks really makes it difficult for you to get any government colleges for MBBS or BAMS. But there are some private colleges which does give seat for this mark. but they might charge you a lot than you can even imagine. but they too have vacancies. your mark is kind of too low. so getting seat for MBBS in even private colleges is almost impossible, but BAMS might be a chance.
