Manish, you haven't mentioned in which exam have you scored a rank of 116986. But if this is in KCET, we do have the cut off list for KCET Mock Counselling for the year 2019. Unfortunately with this rank you might not get a seat in New Horizon College for Engineering irrespective of your Category. You can check the cut off list at: http://kea.kar.nic.in/cet2019/mock/engg_cutoff_gen.pdf . If it is not for KCET but regarding anyother exam, please do let us know. If this for KCET, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. We would suggest you to use our College predictor:
