Answering to your question, I would like to say that yes, you are definitely eligible for Information Technology. You can get your degree from any recognized college or university that accepts a cut-off mark matching to your marks.
Eligibility:
10+2 from any recognized board or university.
Set by AICTE, the minimum marks that should be scored is 50% for General category students, and 45% for reserved category students.
However, you must know that many recognized private institutes have their own eligibility criteria, wherein you are required to have only pass percentage.
You can check the courses and their minimum eligibility criteria below:
BE/BTech in IT : Candidate must pass class 12 in the Science stream with PCM or PCMB from a recognized board or university. Computer Science as a subject in HSC will be advantageous.
BCA : Candidate must pass class 12 in Science stream with PCM or PCMB, or Commerce stream, or any other equivalent from a recognized board or university. Computer Science as a subject in HSC will be advantageous.
BSc in IT : Candidate must pass class 12 in Science stream with PCM or PCMB, or any other equivalent from a recognized board or university. Computer Science as a subject in HSC will be advantageous.
MTech in IT : Candidate must complete BE, BTech, or MSc in any relevant branch from a recognized board or university.
MCA : Candidate must have pursued a Bachelor's degree course of minimum 3 years time span in BCA or B.Sc. IT along with Mathematics as a subject at 10+2 level or graduate level.
MSc in IT : Candidate must have pursued a Bachelor's degree course of minimum 3 years time span in BCA or B.Sc. IT along with Mathematics as a subject at 10+2 level or graduate level.
