119 in NEET UG 2019 is a very low score. The cut off marks for OBC category under state quota is 400-450 marks and for All India Quota is around 450 and above marks. The cut off marks might decrease up to 350 in certain state counselling depending upon the number of applicants, percentile score and available seats. But a cut off less than 300 marks for OBC category is very difficult. Therefore, you chances of admission in government colleges for MBBS/ BDS courses with a score of 119 will be difficult.

You can try for admission under management quota but it will require a very high amount of donation and fees.
