Hello,
As per cutoff trends your score is very less to get a seat in any government college through both All India Quota and State Quota. With this score, you cannot expect even all private colleges. So, you can either try of NEET 2021 or go with any private college that you might get with this score. You can use the college predictor too to know about all possible colleges you might get with this score.

Hi
Which category do you belong to?
Neet 2020 qualifying cutoff is given below for different categories:-
Category cutoff percentile cut off marks
General/ews 50 720 - 147
UR-PWD 45 146 - 129
Obc/Sc/st 40 146 - 113
So, if you belong to general category then with 120 marks you have not even qualified Neet examination as a General category student requires at least 147 marks to qualify Neet examination . Thus, with 120 marks you cannot get admission in any medical college be it government or private
In case if you belong to OBC SC or St category then with 120 marks you have qualified Neet examination but even then with this marks you cannot get a seat in any government medical college and chances for even private medical colleges very low.
So,
I suggest you to prepare again for Neet examination and don't worry we have Neet knockout program which will help you at every step of your preparation , the link for the same is given below
