i have got 120 marks in pcb group.my category is obc so,can i get admission for mbbs

There hardly possible for you to get into mbbs course. Since your cutoff marks is very less which makes you difficult to get into mbbs. But then the cutoff marks may vary each and every year. So dont lose tour hope. Try to prepare for neet with full dedication so that you can enter into mbbs program.
