I am really sorry to say but with 38000 rank in OBC Category, you can't get any seat or branch in any NITs or IIITs or GFTIs, since the OBC Category closing rank is around 13000-15000.

I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.



As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.



Considering GFTIs you might get admission into assam university , school of engineering and technology, mizoram , mizoram university.
