I have got 12072 rank in general category in upsee exam, can I get computer science or electrical communication in any good college

Firstly,congratulations on securing that rank.But CSE/ECE are the most prioritised branches of every college,which makes the cutoff alarmingly high.Finally all of us are heading towards the admission season. And believe me when I say this,the real competition starts hereafter. So make sure ,you need to choose a college that is best for you.
