As per the notification, the basic criteria to appear in Jee advance is that they have to qualify Jee Mains 2019 and secure a position among the top 2,24,000 candidates (including all category). So, as you are fulfilling the basic criteria you are eligible for Jee Advanced 2019 according to 1st criteria but this isn't the end there are other criteria which must be fulfilled by the candidate. As per the rank, you are qualified for Jee advanced if you are fulfilling the other criteria. The cut offs for jee has been released and it is
89.7548849 percentile for general category.
So check your percentile in the result and if it is more than mentioned above than definitely you are eligible else you are not eligible to give jee advanced.
