Hey Arihant,
There are reservations for delhi students in GGSIPU apart from reserved categories.85% of the seats are for state quota colleges and the rest 15% admission under AIQ.With your rank you may not get admission for GGSIPU main campus.But you should apply for the other private colleges to be on the safe side.
