I have got 133marks in Neet 2019..in general category.. Can I get admission in this college for Mbbs?

At this score, you won't be getting any college. Forget about government colleges, this score won't even fetch you a private college unless of course you join some self financed college. As far as a medical seat is concerned, no you won't possibly get it.
