i have got 13800 rank in polytechnic .....can i get government college?

1st of all, congrats for your rank. but to get a seat in government you will need a rank below 3000. your rank is lot above 3000. so it is really hard to get any government college. so try some private colleges. you will get in private definitely. but then, apply for govt too, you might get incase of any vacancy.
