I have got 14 in internals and 22 in external it is considered as fail wt should I go know I should get still 4 marks in external??

Hello,
As you have not mentioned how much was the total marks were so i can tell you the basic information that one needs to pass in both internals as well as externals failing in one can lead to appearing in the exam onces again. As in your case i see you are behind by 4 marks that means you are fail and you have to appear again for the examination.
