I have got 1445 in OBC-B and my GMR IS 16335 and TFW is 3031 in wbjee so Can I study computer science in a government colleges? If I can so which colleges??

See on the basis of previous year's cut-off you have good chances to get CSE in some of the private colleges because on such rank even after considering your reservations, any of the government college with CSE branch is tad difficult even till the last round of counselling :-
