I have got 145 marks in JEE MAINS and my rank is 28809. But my boards % are not above 75. But I think I will get 50 marks in PCM in individu

If you managed to get overall above 60-65 % then you my have chance any college in Aurangabad. But not nit they need above 75% to be eligible for counseling process. All the best.
