For general category,cutoff marks for getting a seat in MBBS and BDs are high due to tuff competition.For general category students the cutoff of MBBS course ranges between 550-700 marks in NEET exam in average and good colleges in India.The cutoff for BDS ranges between 400-700 marks in NEET exam depending on the level of the college.

so with this marks its very hard for you to get admission,only chance is through donation.
