As you haven't mentioned your category, hence I will consider here for general category. You have secured 149 marks in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test conducted by NTA. With such marks there are no chances for getting any government medical college. But rather, you can opt for taking admission in the private medical colleges. For knowing about which colleges would fall under your score range, you can use the NEET College Predictor.

This ebook serves as a valuable study guide for NEET exams, specifically designed to assist students in light of recent changes and the removal of certain topics from the NEET exam.
Dear student, the seat allotment on the basis of Neet counselling is done on two basis: all India quota and state quota. 149 marks cannot bag you a seat in any of the colleges, if you go under all India quota. State quota requires you to specify your domicile to check for eligibility. Nevertheless, 149 marks in NEET cannot place you in any of the Government Medical College or on category A private medical college seats.
