I have got 15 in actual score and 44.5 in percentile score it is pass mark or not category SC and which score is accept in college

It would have been better if you could tell about which exam are you talking about .Though considering, that you are asking about TANCET exam here I will be providing you with the expected Cut-off.
Cut off varies every year as it depends on certain factors :
The expected cut off score or the minimum qualifying marks for TANCET 2021 for SC category :
SC : 20.5- 35.5
For Admission your score will be taken into consideration .
