Although 140 isn't a very good score but its difficult to estimate the cut off this year since there has been a change in the exam pattern. You must wait for the final cut off to be declared by the SCERT.

156 seems to be a good score to qualify stage 1 of NTSE 2019. However, you will have to wait till SCERT MP announces the cutoff which will tell if you can appear for stage 2 of NTSE. To stay updated on the same, visit the link below:
