I have GOT 15.9 MARKS IN GATE , CAN I APPLY THROUGH CCMT ? I can't download my gate score card

You havent mentioned the branch and category.
Whatever, you can download the scorecard only if you qualify the gate exam.That is you have to meet the cutoff.
And also you can apply to CCMT only you have qualified. That is the basic eligibility inorder to apply for CCMT.
