163 seems to be a decent score to qualify for the second stage of NTSE 2019. However, we cannot be sure about it since gettinf selected for Stage 2 depends on the cut off released by SCERT Jharkhand. This will be released along with the result. Visit the link below to stay updated on the same:

As a General category 2019 NTSE cutoff you should have 40% of 200 marks. You will have to score 40 marks in each- MAT and SAT and overall 80 to qualify. Your score is good enough to qualify, But the selection for the second round depends on Jharkhand NTSE cutoff.
