Hello aspirant,
With your secured rank you seem to have decent chances of getting college. There are 11 seats reserve for obc category students. With having 17 rank under obc category your chances are high but cut off may varies with the no. Of students apply for counselling. It is difficult to tell you the exact chances. You may also apply for pais seats.
