I have got 17K rank in KCET.I hv scouts and guides reservation and I got KLS gogte engineering clg in mock allotment.Can I get a better clg?

Yes, you can get good college, because if you're going to take well know branch then you will get average college. Likewise, if you're going to take less known branch, you can get best college. That's the criteria.
