As you haven't mentioned any category in your query please mention that. Even though if you belong to any category like sc , st, bc the chances of getting seat in that college is high for these category person's as you have mentioned IT branch in your query but when it comes to general category person it is bit difficult to get seat based on previous year cutoff ranks you might need to wait upto 2nd and 3rd round counselings but you will get seat atlast.
