I have got 19337 rank in SC category and CRL 302327 for 45 mark, any possibility to get NIT College and 64 percentage in class 12th

Yash your 19337 rank with 45 marks in SC category is not at all sufficient enough for you to get admission even in lower NITs like NIT Hamirpur, NIT Agartala etc. until and unless you have state quota.
