The admissions into any bams colleges is always based on neet marks
The cutoff for all the colleges is always based on different factors like category, difficulty of the paper, no of the students have written and so on.
There are three types of colleges
Government
Semi government
Private
To even get into the private colleges, the cutoff marks is 300 for general and 290 for obc and 250 for sc and st
So, unfortunately as your marks are so low, that you'll not get into those government and deemed colleges with your neet marks,
You can try and join the private colleges or deemed universities through donation or management quota
