i have got 199 /300in pcm and 49/180 in cet marks what is my rank in kcet rank

Well it is not possible to get exact rank, as ranking is based on various factors like:
1- Difficulty level of examination
2- No. of students appeared in exam
3- No. of seats available in institutes
4- Category of an individual
and many more.
--------But we can get a rough idea of rank by analyzing previous years data and trend of rank vs score.
hence as per previous year trend, according to the marks you mentioned, your rank would be somewhere in between 50000 to 60000,
Please note: This is not exact rank as rank corresponding to score keeps changes year to year.
