I have got 19k obc rank in ICAR 2019 and c.g. is my hometown. Can I get admission in b.tech agriculture in igkv ?

Sorry to say, but with 19k icar 2019 rank under obc category your chances of getting a seat for b.tech in Indra Gandhi Krishi VishwaVidhyalaya in almost nil.
Last year the cutoff for obc candidates in b.trch courses in igkv is around 8k.
So, try for some other private colleges.

You need a minimum marks of 55 to get a in igkv b. Tech in agriculture. You may not get a seat here but possibility is less. IGKV is one of the best universities for pursuing agricultural course. And being one of the best universities , its cutoffs are usually higher and one needs a rank under 300 to get admission in this university.
