i have got 2 subject less than 50% and 1 subject more than 50% and total pcm is 46.7 % and i have secured 92% percentile in jee main can i study in government college or not

1) Ajmer's Government Engineering College:

2) Bastar's Government Engineering College:
The candidate's 10+2 grade in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, and Biology must have been completed with a minimum of 45 percent (40 percent for reserved categories) marks.
3) Coochbehar Government Engineering College
The applicant must have completed the 10+2 programme with Physics, Mathematics, and one of the following as required subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a Technical Vocational Subject. The candidate must have received at least a 45 percent grade in each of the three subjects taken together in normal class format (40 percent for SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, and PWD).
