I HAVE GOT 20000 RANK IN COMEDK. CAN I GET SEAT IN RV COLLEGE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING?

I am sorry to inform you that with a rank of 20000 in COMEDK, you clearly have no chance to get admission in civil engineering in R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore. If we go buy 2018's cutoff I fear the answer is :NO
Civil Engineering Cutoff for 2018 after round 2 was :10952 this is likely to be the case this year as well with slight variation
20000 rank is clearly far off for civil in RV/MSRIT but you can try other colleges like BMS/BMNIT/JSS
