I have got 20009 rank in ipu cet of bba. Can i get admission in ipu. Yes or no?I am an outside delhi student.

Yes according to your score of IPU, you can get the admission there and being the outside delhi student does not affect much. But I suggest you that you go for a counselling round where you can ensure yourself that you will bw getting the seat in IPU.
