i have got 2082 rank in iit jam with physics and in obc category . can i get any iit or nit college

As per the previous year cutoff, Based on this score, You might have the chance to get NIT Agartala, NIT Hamirpur Etc. but chances are less to get IITs.
You can also prefer previous year cutoff given below to take an idea about admission possibilities.

The cut off for IITs and NITs vary every year.According to IIT JAM 2019 the closing ranks for Physics (OBC category) for most of the IITs are below 1000. But you do have a chance for admission in NITs.The closing ranks after third round of counselling for some NITs are given below :
NIT Agartala - 2098
NIT Calicut - 1883
NIT Durgapur - 1926
NIT Hamirpur - 2261
NIT Jalandhar - 2059
NIT Jamshedpur - 2221
