Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Delhi according to your profile.
See it is little bit difficult to suggest that whether you will get seat in any government college in Delhi or not because different colleges have different cut-offs for State quota and All India Quota. Also, cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon numerous factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
According to the marks mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected in the range of 501348 - 576498. So if we check out previous years NEET cut-off trends in Delhi then there are no chances for you to get seat in any of the GMCs even in Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi, the reason being is last year the closing/cut-off rank was 818 for Lady Hardinge Medical College for Women, New Delhi under Home State quota for OBC category.

Your marks are quite low, you have very skim chances of getting a seat at the delhi government college for mbbs degree.
With your rank this is very difficult for getting a mbbs seat in a good government college across the country, you may get veterinary or dental course but mbbs is very difficult to get.
