But as you asked for any other college, There are many top NITs also which comes above also from some IITs and you can take admission through counselling according to your JEE Mains marks, which is going to start from 6th October, 2020 only.

If you have interest regarding top private colleges also and state colleges too, then you can take it.

see you did not mention which of the exams cutoff score or closing rank you are asking about, jee advance score is mandatory to get admission in iits, HOWEVER Other Indian universities like the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISERs), and the Indian Institute of Science also use the score obtained on the JEE-Advanced exam as the basis for admission.
