Based on your rank you are not supposed to get a government College. You should have good rank for getting a government College. But you can look for private Colleges. There is very little chance to get a good private Colleges. But you can get chance in these private Colleges:

These are the private Colleges where you can get admission based on your rank. So look for these Colleges. Do your counselling properly. You should go through counselling till last round . As you will get chance in these Colleges. It also depends on the cutoff list. As it vary from year to year   .
