At that rank in JEE Advanced, if you're from general category then you won't get any government funded colleges. I would suggest you to apply for other colleges. If your JEE Main rank is decent you can get admission in NITs/IIITs or GFTIs. If not then you can apply for private colleges that accept JEE Main's score.
