It seems that your rank is very much lagging but still you have chances of gettin the branch and college you want. Now tlking about MGIT, the last year cutoff for CS was around 40000 for scheduled tribe so there are less chsnces according to the rank you have mentioned here. And it is also difficult to get into MVSR as well. So I would suggest you to try your luck for the above college also for the other colleges also.
