In case of government medical colleges you need to achieve a certain cutoff that these government colleges state which is different from one college to another. The colleges state these cutoffs after the result is declared and the cutoffs vary on basis of certain factors
1- number of sanctioned seats
2- all over performance of the applicants in the NEET examination
3- the number of applicants to the college
4- the category to which the applicant belongs to
5- and of course the previous years cutoff marks.
According to these the colleges decide on their cutoffs and to know these you might want to get in touch with the specific colleges and their authorities and enquire the same. You can also make use of the college predictor to get an idea of your percentile and college availability -
