So you have got 25000 rank in SC category.I would say it is not entirely impossible to get admission in any governmental college but it will surely be difficult and would depend on how lucky you are. First off, you may not get any seats through josaa counselling. Second option is to apply for CSAB counselling on official csab website. Pay the counseling fees and hope for the best. There are many students who take seats but withdraw them so you may get those seats.

• Nit Nagaland
• Assam university, silchar
• Nit Jalandhar
• Nit Agartala

Honestly,  let me inform you that its very difficult for you to get into any goverment colleges due to low score.

As government colleges are one of the most sought colleges in india so to get into it you would have to score a really high score . You can option for any reputed private institute but if you have decided to study in government college or any other reputed college then either take a year drop or go for any other exam like scab to qualify for researching institues .
