Well for an OBC candidate to get a private medical colleges through state quota with such marks might not be possible.

For private colleges in Karnataka, students from all over India compete and because of which the cut off increases and getting a seat becomes way too difficult.

Still you can go for management quota seats where the fee structure is high but chances of admission is also high.
