Hello student,
Considering the previous year AP EAMCET cut off ranks for G. P ulla Reddy Engineering College (GPREC), the opening and closing ranks for Electronics and Communication Engineering is 39034 and 44417 for BC-B category. So your rank is very much enough to get admission in GPREC in first round itself.

I've given suggestion based on 2018 counselling cut off... May be you could get seat in 2nd round..
