You have not mentioned your category, which is the essential factor in helping you with your question.
Anyway, Under Girls Quota, Previous year cut off for various categories for the ECE branch in KIET are -
1. General - 15168
2. OBC - 27546
3. SC - 96132
So Under OBC and SC Category, you can get ECE in KIET.
