One word answer, YES. This year marks are not considered in the eligibility criteria for MHT CET exam. If you have given the exam this year then surely you are eligible for the exam and you will remain the same for the next year also.

Even though you got 27 percentile in this year's CET you can apply for the next year CETas well. Everyone deserves 2nd chance and so do you. I suggest you to work harder and get a very good score and college.
